Cedar Ridge at Hurst Townhomes Mission is to provide an environment for owners and residents to create a safe, healthy, happy and secure environment consistent with their lifestyle. The Association's charge is to maintain and enhance resale values, and maintain the architectural integrity by monitoring and enforcing the COA regulations, bylaws, and rules to provide a financially stable, pleasing and admired community.
